At the bottom of each image there should be a link to download the original file source.

To get the whole gallery in PNG you're going to have to click the "Archive Download" button and see if you have the credits. These files were originally in PNG when he uploaded them but the gallery system itself converted many of them to JPEG for browsing, probably because of how large the images are.
