@Cromatix This comes from pixiv's booth where "offensive, grotesque art" is tagged as R-18G and can be disabled for people who cannot stomach 2D dissection, scatology, etc. Besides, there's something called Content Warning the first time you visit E-Hentai galleries with content warning tags.

Unfortunately haters,it's still art. And I have to say, the artist did a fantastic job. I don't like guro as a sexual fetish AT ALL but you gotta admit,it takes a really fucking good artist to draw something like this and it not come across as unrealistic or goofy,great job!
