Hmm I know I read this one at least 6 months ago, but I can't remember where. Must have picked it up on DLsite back then and forgot about it.
Long story short: She became a hollow skin in order to live forever, but is then cursed to not be able to leave the estate unless she is "whole" by finding an accomplice to wear her. She talks into his head and controls the body so the MC can feel the masturbation etc. At the end he's back at his apartment and finds a note in his pocket that says he's welcome to come back to the estate whenever he wants.

It makes it sound open for continuation, but the last page says END so I dunno. At any rate, Asagiri doesn't release stuff very often so it could be a long wait for a sequel if he even does one.
