The birthrate of female babies dwindle to the point where mankind might face extinction and women become so rare that they become status symbols (kinda like the really expensive kind of car or the like, I guess) to men in the upper echelons of society. And scientists develop a gender-altering drug to counter said decline of women, with said drug being used by yakuza and the like to turn kidnapped & unwilling guys into women and sold or turned over to men in said upper echelons of society...

Edit: Oh, and the title really should be more like "Forced feminization - I was a guy, but was turned into a woman by yakuza and put through forced orgasms until I became a horny bitch"
