all the dialogue should incorporate Australian slang.

Bleaching blacks to become white or vice versa wasn't a problem and didn't go on until the SJW showed up to force political correctness. They are the ones doing the "race bending". There weren't people with a mission to change the artist's intent by making chars black when they weren't. But someone saw this artist's story as a problem because it became popular with the black guy as the villain.
