He's using a needle, and he can't access the memories, original personality down to mannerisms are completely gone.

Story problems:
He seems to be targeting more school people, students and teachers (at least 1 teacher), sooner or later people will notice all this missings in such a short period of time. At least on Iwashita's "Knife" stories the dude can add some "liquid" to the skins so they can act like loyal androids.

For me the best skin suit plan is one where youn can "copy" the victims appearance and memories (but with you in control of them) while leaving the original user intact returning it to their normal life. Then have something like the "liquid/essence" so you can turn the skins in actual bodies free for you to do as pleased. Ideally just move to another town where you can live the harem dream with the skins :D Not really wanting to be a good guy and avoid snuff, is just to avoid some "unwanted eyes" lurking deep into the missings.
