I actually do like the set and the ending, although I think it should have been set up better. It is also an attempt to do something original, unlike his usual sets. A pity the third part will likely be never made.

This was a piss-poor ending (no pun intended). Honestly, there was really no need to go the snuff/guro route there. There were at least a few different ways he could handled the plot twist that wouldn't be as unnecessarily gruesome and pointless. I also disagree with the notion that he was trying to do something "original" here. He was clearly going for shock value, which is extremely unoriginal. The same problem occurred with the recent Brigitte set: He was trying too hard to be "shocking" by throwing up a portrait of Hitler in the background. The problem it wasn't shocking, just a boring excuse to be edgy that made the set unenjoyable.

I feel like Vaesark's lost his touch, and I suspect a big part of it has to do with his Discord server. I used to lurk there a lot, and the crowd there is just lame as fuck. He's surrounded himself with edgelords who seem to think boring and shitty jokes and art are perfectly fine, and calling them out as shitty is "political correctness." That they're obsessed with a particular fetish (impregnation and birthing) doesn't seem all that much a coincidence (like I don't mind it that much, but they go really overboard with it). Rather than reining them in a little, he just seems to prop them up. He's not on a good track, really...

By 'original' I meant something new for Vaesark, in that this is the first of his works, that I am aware of, to include guro/snuff themes and girl's progression into a corpse. Usually its just bloated bellies and giving birth, which is why I appreciated some variety and very tiny bit of realism in the ending. I do agree that this could have been done much more tastefully (or at the very least featured as an alternative ending), but between the preferences of his, already established, audience and inexperience in this field he failed both critically and financially.

Can't say I see any real difference between his older and newer works though, aside from some superficial elements. His works still seem to follow the same basic principle of (semi)consensual women getting fucked, by something bestial or scary or disgusting, in the same poses all over again. But again, going suddenly all out onto his unprepared viewers while using such an uncommon fetish clearly wasn't his best move.

@Soeck666 He didn't make any models, he uses Daz3D models with a creature morph addon, so all he did was turn up the zombie morph dial and change the base color on the skin and hair.
