This appears to be the artist's own "English" translation -- and he doesn't appear to be very good at it -- so he probably got a lot of phrases wrong.

I can't find the raw to check, but what he might have been trying to say was, "Your mother, who left before you woke up, disappeared this morning," or better yet, "Your mother, who left this morning before you woke up, disappeared." The artist might have mixed up "leaving" with "dying", and "waking up / rising up" with "being born".
