actually,I found out this dress is actually from a character from a image set(artist:hotumoyi pixiv id:12696075)
But I'm not sure does this count as a character so does this gallery count as cosplay

有些人抱怨，coser不是脸丑，就是腿短，要不然就是…………，全靠神后期。可问题是，通常出cos的人不是因为xp使然就是想要赚钱赚人气，如果人家真的天生就完美了，你还能看得到她的cos吗？早就忙的顾不上这些了。并且最关键的是，你最爱的神后期还有发挥的余地吗？
其实只要成品好看就够了，非要纠结过程真的挺没劲，而且怎么才算“装甲过厚”？有标准吗？找好看的角度算不算作弊？打光呢？你自己平时照相的时候有没有刻意找角度？或者化妆、微笑、踮脚尖？人家提供的是 成品，又不是卖活人，还需要让你验个货。

I mean, it's a cosplay of hitomio original character, not some random outfit if I'm correct, it's just that it became a trend now, so even if the character is nameless it should fit into cosplay shouldn't it?
