I kind of want to know the setting. Cause the Demon Lord seems mostly benevolent. Sure he turns dudes into women of various races, but does seem to actually help them and treats them well. So how did this war start? Is there even a war?

Generic fantasy setting, with "heroes" who are just moronic assholes out to kill things and steal shit under some banner of "justice." So a basic twist that the villain's actually quite reasonable, and is acting to rehabilitate instead of punish... plus transforming them all into hot girls.

Probably shouldn't try to read too deeply into it, honestly.

The other thing that bothers me about the clown one I've realized is that it doesn't fit the rest of the series or apparent medieval fantasy setting. The end result is too much like modern circus clowns which have only been around since the 1800s and looks out of place when compared with the other transformations because of it.

A more medieval jester or harlequin like appearance would have looked better and fit with the rest of the series more, not to mention probably more appealing to most.

Grey_Ghost : While I agree The Jester likely would have fit better if styled as an actual Jester like her title implies (and frankly I excuse that detail as that one was done as a gift to one of the artist's friends who *is* into clownification), I'd also put forth that regardless of what the transformation was, the fact that it happened all in the span of a single encounter with the Demon King (unlike the others before her which seemed to take several days at least), kind of makes it feel less like the character was being slowly corrupted into embracing their new life without their notice, and more like a parasite taking them over that was being fought against every step of the way (I'm hoping that makes as much sense to anyone else as it did to me).
