Fun fact: Ikuko Omune (大胸 射玖子) is as far as I could tell, a completely absurd, not-real name that basically means "Big Spewing Tits-ko (think Pussy Galore).
Because of this, I originally wanted to localize her name to preserve that aspect. Some names I briefly considered:
Millie Kurtits
Miruko Tatazu
Teedees Biggol
Bitties Tigole
Tits Mcgee

I probably would've picked Millie, but I was too much of a coward to go through with it...
