Because it's a service for the people who can read Japanese or who don't want to read in English. That's not a judgement on your work. You picked out art that nobody else had ready access to and made a gallery here with a monopoly on how we experience it. That's not actually helpful and borders on arrogance.
It's understood that not everyone who shares stuff from fanbox/etc rips the totality of an artist's portfolio. Sometimes they pick what they think is most appealing or best to translate, or because they don't want to aggravate an artist into quitting. That isn't easy to accept sometimes but most people can respect this.
It's weird that it took two months for this manga's raw to see light, and that you're the same person I talked to a short while ago who didn't understand why people would want to read a particular doujin untranslated. So I will email you one more time and hope you understand.
