I'd say this is not as bad as MTL...(MTL usually has bad grammar but doesn't tend to miss stuff in the text)
Sure there are things missing and incorrect, but that happens in most TLs I read on here... Plus the original story is more-or-less intact, so certainly not a rewrite level change.

As for P3, it's just the bubbles are mostly just reorganized in the typesetting. There are definitely some inaccuracies (and made up stuff, like, "psychoactive mushrooms", wut?) but it's not the part you pointed to:

The bubbles (as read in order) on P3 translate to:
- Guh
- [This sensation of a headache and light fatigue is starting to creep up]

- This is the worst...
- To think the miasma(瘴気) in the woods... would become this strong...
- Even though all that's left for me to do is to deliver the goods...

- [...Though... Now that it's been a while, the symptoms are starting to subside...]
- [That there aren't any monsters nearby is the only upside in this misfortune...]
