Kushina would once more die, but on the other hand, Minato might survive and with the 4th Hokage at the helm of the leaf, the uchiha probably would not have been taken out, since in the alt world where minato and kushina lived sasuke grew up with the uchiha and joined the police, It's possible that Minato would become the new Kurama Jinchuriki since there would be no Naruto to become the host, and without another Uzumaki around to do it, Minato is likely the best candidate especially since Kurama was on a rampage and would need to be sealed soon, and since Minato can be anywhere and everywhere and with his power it's likely the akatsuki would be utterly beaten since he can just be there when they show up, I mean the dude held a wholeass army back by himself
