I read tags as, what you will find in the gallery (and the reason tag exists) you use them to search for related content. Nudity only means i will find nudity in the gallery, it doesn't have to categorize exactly what kind or what extent of nudity i'll find in it. Making more tags to cover every possibility will just make tagging more likely to to be a hot mess of different improper tags. Being this gallery the perfect example, you see a nipple ? = nudity only. That is it.
