For me, it depends on the tattoo. Some tattoos can add to the cosplay, however in this case it doesn't. She should have just cover up the tattoos.

Not a single shot of coochie either. I honestly don't think a nipples only gallery should count as Nudity. Imo "Nudity only" should be a tag that cosplay galleries aspire to. A nip slip here or there, Idc how pretty your boobs are, stop wasting all of our precious time.
