Its very clearly his early pre-2015 style, before patreon, back when he worked with bleachpixx.
He used to be very active but has slowed down in the past few years and his style has changed.

But he never publicly posted guro and related.
Besides this one I only recall one other example, some comissioned naruto stuff that also got re-released through someone else.

But, this particular comic,, as Emsiron said, has historical value due to it being lost media, which is much more difficult to find. Because of that, it's considerably more sought after, thus people are more interested in that one over the other, which means people are willing to pay more for it.
