There are similar glitches you can exploit with real life NPCs. Say you see a cute young girl go alone into the girls bathroom. As a man, you can just say "I'm actually a woman!" and this makes the NPCs let you in the girl's bathroom. You can even use it to beat women at sports competitions! It's an OP glitch, so it may get patched by the devs at some point.
