Wait, I'm confused. The last page makes it look like there was a twist where the slutty one turned out to be the real Ranma and the "shy" one is the mirror Ranma, but I can't tell where the switch is supposed to have happened.

I don't think there was a switch, I think the writer either forgot themselves which Ranma is which, or they just worded the last talk bubble in a confusing way.

The problem with the switch twist on page 18 is that the mirror Ranma clearly lost it's virginity before page 9.
