Not only does the hole change in size; it also changes in height from the ground. The girl's body also changes shape: On the first panel of page 11 she looks thinner instead of voluptuous. Also, compare the size and height of the hole on page 11 and page 15. Also on page 15, last panel: she seems to be the size of a hobbit.

well I mean we could also argue from the first page shot since her skirt is well above her panties the only way that makes sense is if she was going feet first thru the hole backwards.
