This one is an interesting take on a body swap. They gain access to memories every time they orgasm, which means theres a very good chance they never actually swapped back, they just gained full access to both sets of memories and assumed they were the other person.

I mean, the implication that they don't switch back but instead sort of meld into a single person is pretty obvious to me. Seems like the most likely answer considering what would happen if both of them gain all the memories of each other. How does someone tell which person is the "real" them when each has all the same memories leading up to the switch. I guess technically you could ask them who they saw when they switched (cause whichever one answers with the others body is the opposite person even if they can't tell otherwise) to get a definitive answer but that also depends on how the memory meld works...
