Kim (winner among winners) is an expressionless doll with her face hidden from the beginning, practically the entire set.

Honestly, I don't think she was the right character to do this...

As for you, Yumy, it would be nice if you didn't leak content that was published less than a week ago, it's disgusting and disrespectful

I wanted to try something new with this set. Starting the set years later as she was already encased, and opening the mask, revealing the face later.

I do understand the criticism that her face was kept "behind the mask" a bit too much in this one.
I'll try to take that into account for future sets and make sure that we see the face for larger portions of the set.

Apologies if this one didn't meet everyone's expectations. But it's difficult to constantly please everyone when producing this sort of content on a monthly basis.
I tried to experiment by starting at the "years later" point. Apparently, that's not what people want. So I'll keep that in mind.

But I do have to experiment like that a bit from time to time to avoid the content being too monotonous.

As for the leaking issue. I agree, I would rather that leaking happens 2 to 3 weeks after the set is released at minimum. But that's not really something I can control.

I think it's great that you experiment to offer us new things, sometimes it will turn out better and other times worse.

My small complaint is more about the character you choose to experience something so new and different.
Kim won a special poll, among almost all your characters, proving to be one of the public's great favorites and highly desired.

I simply think that the timing of the experiment was not correct when using this character as a "test subject."
I consider it very important to assess the popularity of the character that appears in a poll, before taking a risk.
My feeling is that beautiful and special poll has been wasted.

The new drawing style doesn't convince me, but Shego's look is really good

You're making a lot of assumptions about the nature of the poll here.

1) what you said "winner among winners" is not even accurate. This was a poll about "characters that I had drawn before." Not "characters that won on polls before". Many characters on the list were characters that I did without any popularity polls attached to them. So already, you're making a false assumption about the nature of the poll.

2) No poll or character winning is more or less "special". Kim winning is no more "special" than Makima or Juri winning a poll. This was a poll like any other. I didn't make this poll with the mindset of "Oh this a SPECIAL poll, got to make it the best". or Vice versa. This was just a poll like any other. I only call them "special" because they are not typical theme based poll. That's doesn't make the more important than any other poll. Just because kim is special to you, doesn't make the poll more important.

I get it. This wasn't what you wanted for a character you liked and voted for.

Well, different opinions, because to me it does seem like a completely different poll from the previous ones and that already makes it special.

Not all of them were poll winners, because at the beginning you didn't do them. I'm sorry if it bothered you so much that I didn't specify this.

Even so, it is still a poll among many winners and characters appreciated for being part of your sets, therefore the idea I want to convey remains the same

I see no reason not to say that is a special poll and get so angry about it.
It's reality, just like Kim was special (and not more important) for winning it.

If you don't want to admit it, fine, but getting angry like that and starting to talk about "constructive feedback" seems exaggerated to me and is something I don't even want to discuss.

Look... I had a really rough month, so yeah. I'm not in the best of moods.
I'll admit to as much. I try not to get emotional when talking about my art, but that's easier said than done for an artist. (At least when you care about what your producing anyways).

When I draw, I do want to make people happy, so when I don't. That can sting.
Because no artist is setting out to do something you won't like. I care about critisim. I do try to not let emotions get in the way.
But it's hard. (Otherwise, I wouldn't care about my art. So taking things personally is ironically part of the process.)

But sometimes, I won't hit the mark. And that's just how things are.
I just have to accept it. But that's easier said than done.
Art is a very emotional thing. (Yes even NSFW art)

Still I wasn't trying to come off as aggressive. If that's how you perceived it, sorry.

That said, just because I should accept criticism, it doesn't mean that all criticism is "the truth".
It just means that I should take it and think about it.

All polls are EQUAL. I call these "special" because they aren't the typical "theme poll". That's about it. It doesn't make them more or less important.
I don't think it's fair to apply extra pressure on me on the basis that "this poll was "special"." Is all I'm saying.

I know you had a bad month mate, I've been following you for a lot longer than you think.

Precisely avoid giving this opinion on discord so as not to generate unnecessary tension, since I see that the community does not usually publish criticism there.

I simply saw the set here, and I wanted to take the opportunity to give my opinion about the set and the character, maybe it was not the ideal place.

I understand that you see your sets equally, but you must also understand that Kim winning that poll proved to be one of the most popular (special or not) characters in your sets, even before winning

By the way, I think I gave the wrong impression that I loved Kim.
I like her, but she's not the one I wanted to win, and even so I knew very well that she would almost certainly win.

It doesn't matter anymore, we have given our opinions.
The important thing now is the next set, which I look forward to as always.

I will take the criticism about the set not showing the character enough and being hidden by bondage.
I think that's the most important take away from what you said, where I can actually do something and apply for future sets.

I can't control what character people vote for though. So I'm not sure what bringing this up will do other than apply extra pressure on my person for no added benefit. (I can't exactly improve my work on something like this. That's why I said that it isn't constructive. Because that's not something I can fix. A poll is just something totally out of my control. That' kind of the point. So I don't know really... ).

I get why it might have made the disappointment greater for you. But to me, yeah that's just a vote really. Just like any other poll.
I never set out to make a set better or worse based on these factors. Every character, I do my best. Sometimes, it doesn't work out. That's all I can say.

I would just rather be told why a set didn't work out, rather critism over stuff I ultimately have no control over.
But that's just me. I do take critisim to heart though. Like in the past, I got critisim on how I write my domme characters and they all felt the same. And now I'm trying to be more careful with that.

So I do listen. The reason I come to check people comments here is to get feedback. But the fact that "Kim won the special" poll. That's not something I can do much about as an artist.
So i'm not sure what the point being made is other than "Boy you sure dropped the ball on this one." Which. Sure I guess.
If it's going to sting, I would rather that it stings on something I can actually do something about. All I'm saying.

I completely understand what you mean and I probably don't express myself in the best way.

My idea was basically, "if a very popular character comes out, don't risk so much with new concepts, but rather go for two safer scenarios that you know your audience likes."

Barring a few specific characters, I actually would prefer original characters or someone’s OC to stuff from my favorite shows or games or whatever. Idk I just don’t like stuff from games I’ve played out in the wild. (Unless it’s something wholesome in which case inject that shit straight into my eyeballs.)

Though I understand my opinion doesn’t really mean much since I’m a viewing this stuff for free.
