word choice
(English) language isn’t in vacuum. English you learn or words you know are depend on whether you are raised in English speaking countries or not.
Word in this case is (Hall) Monitor (Fuuki Iinchou). Half of people know English to some degree but they aren’t from countries that call it monitor and I’m sure they don’t even put that word on random question. The often used words for “Fuku-xx” is “moral comitte xx). From the 2 words even people who never heard of it could guess what the noun mean

Because I saw a jav site that semi-automatically translate "mothercon" into "oedipus-complex". This is a case where word only get taught in "english english" class. Unless you are Greek you won't hear oedipus but you can guess mothercomplex from the word alone.
