Luna has had enough of always being the woman with the smallest breasts in her circle of friends and undergoes breast augmentation surgery. After the successful operation, the surgeon warns her to avoid direct sunlight for the next 24 hours, as the heat can lead to uncontrolled expansion of the implant material. Driven by the beautiful weather, however, Luna decides to ignore the surgeon’s warning and have a nice day at the beach…
