so, if people would clarify my confusion.

1.) where did the black rubber come from? he's talking about some energy generation, did it come from there or else where.
2.) janitor comes in and rapes him is he unable to move at this point.
3.) the janitor gets eaten, didn't expect that from this genre its stil lthe first guy in the rubber.
4.) is the doll at the end able to move?

I don't think its the translation's fault but I am still rather confused by this doujin. a bunch of things happened. and they don't feel 'complete'

basically I want a breakdown of whats going on in this doujin by someone who understands it, if possible.

Yeah, these things aren't really explained. From the dialogue, one can guess that the janitor got paid to rape him so that his transformation actually finishes. And from the way, the Director talks at the end, it seems it was the director, that wanted the Doctor to be transformed, so he wasn't in the Director's way. Where the latex came from? Who knows. But generally, the Director seems to have forced this on the Doctor, so he could sell / use / whatever the energy source the Doctor has invented.
From what the last few pages show, he can still move as a doll, but just seems to be completely in shock with his new state of being.
