Info for people who have not played the original game:
This is a doujinshi based on the Danganronpa spin off Zettai Zetsubou Shoujo (Ultra Despair Girls) on PS Vita. In the game there is a scene where the main character (Komaru Naegi: Makoto's sister) is captured by one of the evil lolis (Kotoko Utsugi) and gets groped by her, on a monorail.

You also might be wondering why Komaru is sitting on a duck. This is because that duck is actually a child's toilet called an 'omaru' which sounds like Komaru. They are used as save points in the game.
