Partly. If you read the other "chapters", its also implied that the 'graveyard' is actually a military established amped up leave (ie. vacation time)/relaxation center for special ops units. (See trochos which actually has a happy ending, if you ignore the fact that the girl ends up maimed)

Is it me, or has this setting started to wear out its welcome? I'm hoping that Sugar Milk moves onto other things. I think this idea has been, pardon the pun, milked for all it's worth and is starting to get stale. A normal reaction to your parents dying isn't becoming a sociopath who gets pleasure in humiliating a sibling nor watching them being sexually humiliated nor especially sexually violating abusing and humiliating yourself. That may happen in real life but it does not make for a sympathetic character which is clearly the authors intention with the last panel.
