this is actually from a ryona/guro game called "トロルの冒険"
you play as the orc fighting 4 elves, a tank, a fighter, a mage, and a healer/priest. The blonde elf here is the mage. shes the most annoying of the four, as she spams high damaging attacks from afar.
the game itself is very hard, as you will be stunlocked by all 4 attacking at the same time.
killing/raping the mage girl is very satisfying, as portrayed by the artist here, but personally the fighter elf (a redhead elf) has the best defeat scenes.
