Glad to see this was scanned. It would have taken me and RegulusIV a while longer to do so, considering they would still have to send me their copy.

I haven't looked through the whole thing yet, but I've found a few potential problems for you. I don't have the book, so ignore this if these were problems with the book itself. Page 2 says page 3 on it, so you might be missing a page between the cover and that one. Pages 92 and 93 are duplicates of 90 and 91.

Aside from the duplicate pages that you already fixed, I don't think there were any other problems in the rest of the book. I'd say that's a pretty great job for something with so many pages.
