@ eemac - It has the feel of 28 Days Later and sometimes like Dawn Of The Dead. If the bodily fluids of the infected are introduced into your system, you become 'crossed' as a red rash develops on your face resembling one. Then all violent impulses are acted upon, etc, etc. It is horrible and depressing, but the writing for the first arc was better than most of the similar genre movies and also the arc with the horse ranch family. But then, other than some one-shots, it went the way of gore for the sake of gore, very bad trendy writing and became a franchise for Avatar. I no longer read it.
