The praise mainly comes from the fact that the outcome was not the typical NTR ending. This little one-shot is pretty much similar to finding an NTR unicorn!

True, the NTR is still there, but the implication of the last page is why there is so much praise. It reveals that the husband didn't just destroy the bastards who were raping and corrupting his wife but also made sure that his wife wouldn't be like all the other broken women that we typically see in NTR. She's still a corrupted woman and that's still messed up, but it's to her husband that she remains faithful to, in only a technical sense. I guessing the husband believed that she will never be her old self again, which is pretty realistic, and thus directed her corruption towards him and him only.
