Some information:
1 - Galleries with some tags (guro and scat) should give you a warning before you even see anything, if they don't you disabled it
2 - There is a function called tag flagging, although you have to "buy" it (on Hath Perks)
3 - You can block uploaders who mainly upload stuff you don't like (on profile settings)
4 - With this script (https://pastebin.com/wRK25xyV) you can see the tags on a gallery when hovering it on the front page (needs an user script addon/extension like tampermonkey/greasemonkey)

Shota and loli do not get instantly removed. They are hidden if you browse the normal e-hentai galleries but can still be viewed on sadpanda. It is a matter of legal gray area. Depictions of minors are illegal in many places of the world. Depictions of violence and gore not so much.

Although there are tools people can use to hide tags they don't like, it is still considerate to put a warning for the thumbnail image on a gallery like this. There is literally no reason to take the last and most graphic image of the set and use it for the thumbnail. People would probably still complain and downvote your gallery anyways, though.
