I saw it coming, but it's somewhat subtle. Besides the title, the two biggest clues are:

1. In most Touhou doujinshi - or really any doujinshi which features a depraved self-insert against a stronger female - there is a particular moment when the female character "loses," and is doomed to be humiliated. In almost every case, that turnabout only happens after the female tries to genuinely force her way out of the situation, or makes it aware that she is about to do so, giving the male character a chance to use whatever plot device he has to negate her strength.

In this case, this Komachi, who we know is concerned about Eiki and who we know is sexually dominating (see her earlier doujin), suddenly betrays Eiki while becoming uncharacteristically submissive. In fact, every time the guys force a degrading moment, she basically "takes it like a bitch," so to speak. She's neither tries to overpower them, nor does she deny them their domination by acting stoic. In short, the story skips the part where she actually had her comeuppance, and goes straight to the humiliation. In a (well written) story, that's suspect.

2. On the bottom of page 15, after realizing she has to kiss the dude, she hesitates for just the briefest moment and clicks her tongue. That's concealed, tempered irritation. A complete 180 from her expression just a panel before, and it vanishes without comment.

In short, she's genre savvy, and knows that:

A. They have some tool or ability which was so scarring that Eiki never even mentioned it to Komachi. That is, something which she's almost certainly susceptible to.
B. They are mentally unhinged men who enjoy raping, brutalizing, and mind breaking women until it is impossible for them to resist at any level.
C. They are dullards with base desires and big, fragile egos (They freak out when Komachi switches from a blowjob to a titjob, for fuck's sake, and need to prove that she's a slut who craves their cock)

So the only way for her to really get out of this relatively unscathed is, ironically, to completely submit to their desires. By giving them a believable reason for her willingness to fuck, and by constantly stroking their egos just as much as their dicks, she's nullifying the purpose of the drugs, with the hope they won't feel compelled to use it.

However, her gambit is based on the assumption that using their drugs is not the primary motivation for having sex, just a means to an end. Another realistic outcome is that they could've just been jackasses and used it anyway, where it would almost certainly have worked, even if she was aware of it.
