Some information:
1 - Galleries with some tags (guro and scat) should give you a warning before you even see anything, if they don't you disabled it
2 - There is a function called tag flagging, although you have to "buy" it (on Hath Perks)
The update in 2019/3/19 enables you to hide galleries (including the thumbnail) with any tag you don't like for free (on My Tags)
3 - You can block uploaders who mainly upload stuff you don't like (on profile settings)
4 - With this script (https://pastebin.com/wRK25xyV) you can see the tags on a gallery when hovering it on the front page (needs an user script addon/extension like tampermonkey/greasemonkey)

"presence rule" is a rule of thumb and not definitive. The themes of the manga and doujinshi are much more important in tagging a fetish than how many pictures it has with explicit content. This is clearly ryona and guro because the overall theme of the set is murdering and necrophilia. It's even more exemplified if you can read the text. He even says he's going to keep using her until her body's rotten and gone bad at the end. Ryona doesn't have to involve complex beatings either, just sexualized violence.

This is also why many long CG sets and doujin/manga that feature the impregnation/pregnant tag only have 1-2 pictures near the end that feature it. The overall theme of raw sex leading to pregnancy is much more important than how many images or speech bubbles show actual impregnation. And when is there ever a doujin that features x-ray on many pages? It's almost always just the ejaculation.

I don't agree with tagging this ahegao, rape or cunnilingus, though. But there are thousands of other galleries with slightly inaccurate tags so I don't know why you bother making such a condescending post on this fringe fetish stuff.
