244-270 is Maki's only scene, she falls into a debt trap like MC (assaulting a VIP) and the scene is her and MC doing a auction show. Because she got pregnant she is worth less value in the sale. The MC is stopping her and him from getting strangled by holding her up, but slowly gets tired during the scene.

271-296 is the MC's sister. The reason he gets the job is to pay for her eye correction treatment, but in this scene she has been turned into a slut through drugs and they force him to impregnate her and lock the sperm inside her so after they can give her ovulation drugs so she can get pregnant by his sperm at a later date.

Sei's art work has come a long way from 8 years ago with Starless, and I hope they continue to bring out more games, it's just a shame due to the price tier that they didn't explore the charatcers in more stuff.
Would be cool if they made it into parts like Fudegaki did with the Hynposis school grade 3/2/1. So they can flesh it out a bit more.
Mainly Reia and Maki, well designed but under used, but Marie is the magnum opus girl and you do get a decent amount of stuff with her in this.

and I totally agree with you, Starless was long and dragged on but they flushed out most characters, Marie's daughters and the maids
it would have been nice to see more of Maki and Reia, they are well designed characters,
and Sei Shoujo's art has become one of the best in the market, he improved a lot!
hopefully they'll still be active in these upcoming years, and we see more of their works
that long 4-5 year break was worth it if they can produce such quality games

Well the best ending if you can call it that is the lady boy one. The MC falls into debt with Marie which leads into the three endings. In that end Marina pays the debt off before you go to slave auction where she says she wouldn't have enough money to afford you due to the other bidders. But in that end you get turned into what she likes 228-243 is her fucking the MC in his "new body".

I have played the other game, it's okay but this game has a better art and direction. A issue I have with the Kisaku game is a few scenes they say her belly is inflated but the CG don't show it that way, even if the text does. It's also confusing that all 3 of the brothers are in it, even though two of them died in the games they are from.

These two new games (like Closed Game and I think P/A) use online Star Force activation. To make matters worse they only allow 3 activations and don't allow deactivations (which I think is a deliberate publisher decision) so your games can become unusable even if the activation servers are still up.
