They are all the same artist yes, he's been banned multiple times from pixiv for I think failing to censor his artwork. Luckily I think this gallery has all if not almost all of his stuff collected from his multiple accounts, except for the most recent stuff but you can go download that and should before he;s banned again!: /g/1519152/f1641708cb/

ponkotsu算是fanbox更新相当勤快的画师了。别的画师我可能几个月开通一次fanbox，但ponkotsu我基本上每个月都会支持因为最低档便宜（300日元，而且更新速度让我觉得很值，希望自己的支持能让画师继续画下去。
至于画风我觉得没有什么到位之说，像这种描绘下品女人的，我觉得画风粗糙一点反而更合适。那种淫靡的味道，如果用细腻的笔触去描绘反而会消失。

还有iwara上有个PonkotsuMania的作者，他的mmd真的相当实用，对于女体的处理很像ponkotsu，但是已经好久没有更新过了，不知道是不是同一个人

Well that explains the blurry images on his new pixiv. I love his art, but not a fan of scat, which seems like a trend to pubic hair artists these days.
But yeah I thought he blurred the images for patreon reasons, but turns out they were b/c of scat content.
