From what I recall, this was uploaded a number of times and the author requested it be taken down each time. The attempt to essentially purchase the translations as a whole through donations hasn't been done though. Hope it turns out okay.

I feel like Dr. Bug has forgotten that the Elrks aren't supposed to be "good guys," in the recent chapters. They literally have prisons where they keep captives that they rape.

Is calling them "it" an intentional choice? Like comparing them to animals/monsters?
Otherwise, English uses the singular "they" for third-person gender neutral pronouns - usually in the case of addressing someone of unknown, unspecified, or ambiguous gender.
(Also recently it's been used for non-binary gender identity too, which is why some people who don't actually know grammar will throw a fit about SJWs when you mention it)

They're certainly a menace, but calling them evil is debatable. They're hyper "might makes right" - and promote a culture where they're just as willing to have the rape and kidnapping happen to them as to others. It's definitely contrary to human ethics and values, so if that's your metric than yeah they're evil. Though at the very least they're probably a preferable alternative to Orcs or non-sentient monsters. If you play along with the Erlks it seems like you have better odds of surviving without harm.
