@Chnams and Vile, I think this is an acceptable weight gain. Besides, I think the alien takes on the figure of those she eats and are more voluptuous than her. The mechanic thought she was Sasha, who has a really shapely figure, there's another comic where this is done with a sort of plant monster. If you want to see an example of technically realistic weight gain, have a look at bigbig's gallery over on Eka's.

As in any kind of transfer in any kind of vore story or just specific dick and nipple insertion in Natsumemetalsonic's work?

I'm asking since stuff like this is quite commonplace actually. Most of the times it's done in the case of "tail vore" or just mouth to mouth in other cases, but even Natsumemetalsonic has done it before in at least one more comic that's about Disney and Cartoon Network characters.
