I have some slack for the corruption tag but this is way, way confusing. Too much characters

On one hand? It's really nice that they actually have multiple characters. On the other hand? It's kinda....Well, there's only SO much someone can handle "Every single comics character gets corrupted individually".

Primarily, because there's often a level of...for instance, Sue's corruption...it comes across as "Woudl you like to be evil?"

I mean, it's still INTERESTING. (Better then Black Pharoah's, at least.)

But, yeah. It feels like there are just TOO many plot threads, without a real connection between them. That said, the fact that some of the corruption can be reversed, shifted, fought against, etc? Actually makes things interesting. This isn't a GREAT one...but, for a free story? It's readable.

Agreed with MitchellTF and JackStrade, it's true of all cantraps comics thus far that they feel like they're creating a Frankenstein's monster out of a dozen stories instead of focusing on a single idea and seeing it through. Shorter individual stories with clear corruption/TF themes would be better. We don't need a mutant that's also a vampire that's also a robot that's also controlled by a cosmic entity and made a deal with the Devil.

I will say this...each individual story? Is at least decently interesting. There's a LOT of works I wouldn't give that too. (It's also got some smart writing at times, such as with Prof X.)

I mean, it still has "All villains are gorram invincible" issues. The gorn is sometimes out of place. But, like...this is a story that clearly has genuine potential, and I can see why people like it. Plus, having multiple villains actually helps with the "invincible villain" syndrome. We get TWO invincible villians at odds. That's...there's a story there.
