Translation: A crazy girl calling herself the neck strangling evangelist Kubiru-chan kidnaps a popular idol and holds a livestream where she nonchalantly explains various strangling techniques and the dangers to and effects they have on the body. She goes over two major techniques involving cutting off airflow by strangling the windpipe and then ends by stopping bloodflow to the brain through the carotid arteries. The ending is a news broadcast explaining the recent disappearance of the idol after she had told her colleagues that she wanted to quit. Her body is then discovered hanging in her own house by police, leading to this case being investigated as a possible suicide. A fan of the idol is freaking out about her death while browsing 2ch when he comes across a link of a recording of the livestream...

There's also an interesting interjection by the author near the end where she talks about her own personal experiences with asphyxiation and rumors she's heard on other experiences with strangulation.
