Probably a secondary translation from Chinese, then the editor couldn't decide whether to save in JPG or PNG... Then again, the effort spent to make the text bubbles look okay, given that the application evidently didn't support text centering, probably wasn't trivial, so at least a B for effort.

Yeah, it is secondary Chin->Eng, I can't read Japanese. You'll have to bear with some idiosyncrasies in my TL's because of that.
Also I just realized I mistranslated Izual as Azrael. Erm. Oops. Sorry I'm not a diehard enough Diablo fan and I thought "Izuul" wasn't a real name.
