@zappzoe Animation versions have a lot of reasons for straying. In this case it's probably because there was simply not enough material so they have to improvise. Since it's an adaptation but it's "free to expand", it's also a good chance to do something that hasn't been done yet, and as much as you might not like it, genderbend leading to gangbang isn't common in animation compared to manga. An original hentai animation would probably find it harder to get funded.
