Between the gallery name and the gallery pictoral content there is a area where tags go.
In that area, in the bottom section of it, there is a field with dim text "Enter new tags, separated with comma".
There you enter your tags, separated with comma.
After that - there is a button labeled "Tag" right to the field of entry. Press it, or press "enter" button on your keyboard after typing in the desired tags.
There are some ambiguous tags - like "big breasts", exempli gratia - thouse will not be accepted without prefix. You will see an error message after trying to do it improper.
