She's calling the faceless protagonist "deku", so I'm not sure if there should be a 'mind control' tag...

@blockend In the second panel you can see her eyes changing to appear "more empty" which is general used to show some sort of mind control, and in Japanese Tsuyu is asking who she is talking to implying it's not actually Deku.

The "deku" she talked to is an おじさん, he mind control her makes she believed he is deku.
