A nice gallery, albeit a bit repetitive, from SISCOM, featuring a girl named Anaru. Don't know much about the story, since I don't know japanese, but I think that the guy that "takes care of her" is her brother.

You don't know Japanese, but you didn't miss much. Even using Google Translate tells you there isn't much to it: she's amputated because of a car accident, and after she's completely limbless her brother basically just makes her his sex slave (and also distributes a video of her on the Internet).
