Tagging presence of censorship is required for full, mosaic, and uncensored, not in general; all such tags go to "misc" namespace; "group" namespace exist for other purpouses.

Everyone makes mistakes, learn from it, and that would be the end of the story.
As for removing tags - that's procedure is consensus based, usually. I can only vote against it, just like you can retract your vote. Just click on the tag and the tag entering area will be replaced with a set of options, one of which would be either to withdraw your vote (if you already cast it), or vote for/against the tag in question.
