The funniest part is that the entire “Demon Lord” thing could be ended right then and there but for some inane reason these humans decided to keep the conflict going (no matter the cost).
…I mean, what kinda moron would think someone capable of controlling a freaking Demon Lord would just roll over and let them jail him? That is, there's no way they *didn't realize* that the *Demon Lord* is very much unlikely to be weaker than a squad of city guards. (Not to mention, the guy probably didn't break any laws aside from maybe public indecency one if they have it.)
Then again, they clearly didn't bother investigating the situation in any way or form, so… good riddance, I guess? Maybe next time they'll even manage to find someone with actual brains to do decision making.

Outside the obvious lewd parts,I actually would love to see an anime start with this concept...Isekai hero seduces the demon lord only to get mistaken for the true demon lord so ends up taking her place with her being a cross between Beldandy(Ah my goddess) and Albedo(Overlord).

I don't see any issue with them sending a bunch of guards to deal with the demon lord.
I do see an issue with the humans actually BELIEVING that was the real demon lord. If I heard the demon lord was brought to a random inn like a pet by an adventurer, I'd just assume someone was enough of an idiot to fuck a mimic and make it apparent to the public.
