Okay, I looked it up:
forbear (verb) - to hold oneself back from, especially with an effort
So it makes sense. It's grammatically correct. I don't think this is a word you'd use while you were being anally violated, though.
I'm really curious how this was written, because it has the odd quirks and structure of something written by someone who doesn't have English fluency, but then Nessa uses an insult that sounds like something written in the 1800s.
