我看E站已经给大佬分配作者tag了，这里写一下E站作品标题统一格式供你参考：
[社团名（作者名）]（空格）作品名（空格）[作品语言]

比如本作标题应该是：
[jokerkin] 包膜蠕蟲2 (fox2) [中国語]
不是日语作品可以不填英语名那一栏，反正也没几个人会翻译中文的。
