Chapter 3.5 should be read as immediately following chapter 3, and the epilogue immediately follows chapter 5.

PS: I noticed that the raws for chapters 4 and 5 are binary-identical to the original single-chapter raws, so I was able to just integrate the existing releases. Only two chapters remain!
